Meet the counsellor

Vivian is a registered social worker offering both in-person and virtual counselling services to individuals and families. With deep care and professional experience, Vivian supports those facing life’s challenges as well as people healing from past trauma. She uses trusted approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Vivian is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her goal is to provide gentle, personalized care that meets you exactly where you are.


Many clients come to Vivian feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the heavy weight of loss and grief. They’re often looking for more than just short-term relief—they want to better understand themselves and find hope and strength to move forward.


Together, Vivian and her clients work to develop practical skills and meaningful insights that help manage today’s struggles and build resilience for life’s ongoing challenges.


If you’re navigating difficult changes or feeling stuck, Vivian offers a compassionate and safe space to be heard without judgment. She is committed to walking alongside you, supporting your unique journey through life’s ups and downs.


Outside of her work, Vivian is a loving dog mom to two long-haired Chihuahuas and a miniature poodle. If you’d like, one of her gentle companions can join your session to offer comfort and calm during your time together.
